- Centralize reporting and synthesize insights to deliver campaign-level performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build Capacity solutions and drive strategies for organizational wide operational excellence and operational weight programs to evolve day to day reporting mechanisms
- Work with teams from across FPL to improve data quality within their respective products and platforms
- Work with software developers/data engineers to improve data quality and drive operational excellence for data ingestion, transformation, and publication to ensure confidence in the systems we build.
- Champion and actively develop a data-centric approach, acting as a coach, mentor, champion, and in-house expert within the business department
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Demonstrated results in leading engineering and/or analyst teams
- 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years experience writing and optimizing SQL to handle extremely large datasets
- Experience with Google Analytics, or similar Marketing/e-Commerce analytical tools
- 2+ years direct experience with one or more major data visualization tools including: Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI etc.
- 2+ years experience in data warehousing and data modeling
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good at self-learning.
- Familiar with AWS platform (Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2, Quicksight, ...)
